MEET SAILOR HOLLY, TATTOO ARTIST IN NJ. 

After a few years of mindless wandering around in life out of high school, Holly began working as a "shop girl" and piercing apprentice in a well-known local studio. As she learned everything she possibly could about the inner workings of a tattoo shop, she practiced drawing every chance she got hoping to get the attention of her hopeful mentor. He would give her the nickname "Sailor Holly" which has somehow stuck over the years. It has been a humbling journey since Holly's apprenticeship started in 2008. She hopes that journey never ends as she feels there are always new things to try, new skills to hone, and new experiences to encounter.
